Fifth Avenue Advisors LLC (FAA) was formed in New York in September 2007 to provide research, consultancy and investment management services regarding the United States residential real estate market.

The company business focuses primarily in providing services to non U.S. real estate investors interested to access market information, investment opportunities and to participate in investments managed by FAA.

FAA research capabilities are primarily focused on New York City with access to market information on the major urban areas of the United States including Miami, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Chicago, Washington and Boston.

FAA consists of four partners: Andrea Danese, Nicola De Martino – the two founding members - Gianluca Galletto and Paolo Bianco.

They were also the managing partners of One Bedroom LLC, an investment vehicle created in 2005 to invest in residential real estate in Brooklyn.

One Bedroom LLC generated returns well in excess of 15% per annum.



Andrea Danese has 15+ years of experience in managerial and entrepreneurial roles in the financial and real estate services industries with leading international companies (JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank) and has been a venture capitalist in New York since 2005. Mr. Danese is a member of Sabino Canyon LLC, currently owning and managing more than 150 apartments in Arizona, a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Fusion Advisory Partners Inc. and a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of William B. May, a real estate brokerage firm.

Gianluca Galletto is focused on FAA’s strategy and business development. Originally an economic consultant, he brings 11+ years of experience investment management, many of which at managerial level. He was Director of Business Development at Muzinich & Co., in New York. Inc, a credit asset manager with $4billion under management.

Nicola De Martino has 10+ years of experience in the consultancy, asset management and real estate markets. He has covered a number of senior managerial roles with major consultancy firms and real estate investment companies (Booz, Allen & Hamilton, American Continental Properties) in NY and in Italy. He also owns a real estate consultancy business in Rome, Italy.

Paolo Bianco has 17 years of experience in financial service, several of which at managerial level. He is currently CEO of Intermonte Securities, in New York, NY, a partnership between JPP Eurosecurities (a U.S. broke-dealer specialized in European equities) and Intermonte (an Italian broker-dealer), servicing institutional investors in the U.S. Mr. Bianco is primarily focused on sourcing investors into the FAA initiatives.
