Andrea Danese is a Managing Partner of Fifth Avenue Advisors LLC. Mr. Danese is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Fusion Advisory Partners Inc. and a Board Member of McCann Partners Inc. These New York based firms are boutique financial services advisors focusing on fixed income M&A and Advisory (with a specific interest in the CLO/CDO management space), capital introduction and executive search.

In addition to his activities in the financial services world, Mr. Danese has been a venture capitalist in New York since 2005.
Mr. Danese is also a member of Sabino Canyon LLC, an investment company currently owning and managing more than 150 apartments in Tucson, Arizona, a Board member and Co-Founder of Brokers Services Holding LLC, a real estate brokerage franchise venture in New York City operating the William B. May brand. Mr. Danese is a Licensed Realtor in New York State.

2005 he had been President and Chief Operating Officer of Creditex. Creditex is the first fully electronic trading platform for credit default swaps.
Before his highly entrepreneurial involvement at Creditex and Tullet Prebon, Mr. Danese served as Director and Chief Operating Officer of Global Credit Derivatives for Deutsche Bank in London. He started his financial services career at J.P. Morgan as a member of the General Counsel’s Office later moving into structured credit products.

Mr Danese earned his LLM in International Business Law from the University of London and a degree in law from the University of Rome. He is a former member of the Legal Committee and of the Banking Regulations Committee of the Italian Banking Association (ABI) where he served as a delegate for foreign banks in Italy. He is also a former member of the International Bar Association.

Mr. Danese is fluent in several languages including English, Italian, French and Spanish.

Gianluca Galletto

Gianluca Galletto is responsible for FAA’s strategy and business development. He was Director of Business Development at Muzinich & Co., in New York. Inc, a credit asset manager with $4billion under management.

Mr. Galletto was with Muzinich for 11 years and he had previously covered the roles of fundamental research analyst, assistant portfolio manager and, later, business development associate.

Mr. Galletto has gained a strong entrepreneurial experience in launching and developing businesses, marketing, product development and investor relations.

Originally an economist, he started his career as a consultant for an Italian company in Brussels where he subsequently worked for the E.U. Commission. He moved to the U.S. to attend Yale University, where he later became research assistant.

Mr. Galletto is a former Fulbright Scholar, holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics from Yale University and a Degree in Economics, Business and Law from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

Mr. Galletto has contributed to several Italian newspapers, magazines and TV stations on finance and economic policy and he has a wide experience in fundraising for business and politics. He is also a founding shareholder of Prof. Roubini’s RGE advisory firm.

He is fluent in English, French, Spanish and has knowledge of Dutch and Portuguese.


Nicola De Martino is a Managing Partner of Fifth Avenue Advisors LLC, has a degree in civil engineering and received an MBA at the Graduate School of Business of Columbia University, New York – USA. He has 10+ years of experience in the consultancy, asset management and real estate markets.

Mr. De Martino is currently the Co-Head of the Real Estate group of Sator SpA.

He has covered a number of senior managerial roles with major consultancy firms and real estate investment companies (Booz, Allen & Hamilton, American Continental Properties) and most recently launched and/or managed a number of successful ventures in the real estate sectors both in the USA and in Italy. He is currently based in New York and Rome. At American Continental Properties, Mr. De Martino managed a $750mm+ diversified portfolio of real estate assets owned by a group of international institutional investors (including two pension funds, a bank and a sovereign entity).

Paolo Bianco is primarily focused on sourcing investors into the FAA’s initiatives. He is currently CEO of Intermonte Securities, in New York, NY.

Graduated from Bocconi University magna cum laude in 1992 in Economics & Social Sciences (DES), he started his career in London as a credit analyst for Barclays Bank. In 1994 he moved into institutional equities and worked, still as an analyst, for the Italian subsidiaries of ABN Amro and Societe Generale.

In 1996 he moved to New York to set up a partnership between JPP Eurosecurities (a U.S. broker dealer specialized in European equities) and Intermonte (an Italian Broker Dealer), through which Intermonte has been able to distribute its research to U.S. institutional investors. From 1996 to 2005 he headed the Italian Equities desk of JPP, which was able to introduce more than 100 new institutional clients to Intermonte. Since 2005 he is the CEO of JPP, which in the meantime became a fully own subsidiary of Intermonte.

Both Mr. Bianco and Mr. Galletto have a large network of relationships with institutional and individual investors.
